These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://driftdentistry.com (the "Site") and the text messaging program operated by Hailey Leonard DMD PLLC, doing business as Drift Dental ("Drift Dental," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
The Site provides general information about our dental practice and services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.
2. Not Medical Advice
Content on the Site is for general information only and is not a substitute for a professional dental or medical exam, diagnosis, or treatment. Using the Site or contacting us does not create a dentist-patient relationship. In a dental emergency, call our office at 772-324-7824 or dial 911.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program description. Drift Dental offers two text messaging programs. You may opt in to either or both through separate, unchecked checkboxes on our website contact form:
- Informational/transactional messages: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, post-treatment instructions, and responses to your inquiries.
- Marketing/promotional messages: special offers, seasonal promotions, service announcements, and practice updates.
Consent. By checking a box on our contact form, you agree to receive recurring text messages of that type from Drift Dental at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving dental care.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt-out. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. We also honor other common opt-out words, such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. To rejoin, opt in again through our website form.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at 772-324-7824 or info@driftdentistry.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or the parent or legal guardian of a minor patient, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Privacy. Your mobile number and opt-in information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://driftdentistry.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Appointments and Third-Party Services
Online booking, financing, and other third-party services linked from the Site are operated by those providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
5. Intellectual Property
All Site content, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Drift Dental or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drift Dental is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the text messaging program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Martin County, Florida.
