Meet Dr. Hailey Molina
Dr. Hailey Molina knows firsthand how deeply a smile can affect the way someone sees themselves.
When she was ten years old, she was hit in the face with a softball during a game, an accident that damaged her smile and, with it, a large part of her confidence. The dentist who restored her teeth gave her much more than a functional smile back. They gave her a sense of normalcy, confidence, and comfort during a time when she needed it most. That experience stayed with her for years and ultimately inspired the kind of dentist she wanted to become for others.
Today, Dr. Molina is passionate about helping patients rediscover confidence in their smiles while changing the way they experience dental care altogether.
A proud Florida native and lifelong athlete, Dr. Molina earned her Bachelor of Science in Premedical Biology from the Florida Institute of Technology, where she played collegiate softball and received honors including Female Athlete of the Year, First Team All-Conference, and recognition on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
She later earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she served as President of the American Association of Women Dentists and remained involved in leadership and outreach programs.
While she loves the artistic and transformative side of cosmetic and restorative dentistry, what matters most to her is the relationship she builds with patients along the way. She understands that many people walk into a dental office carrying anxiety, embarrassment, or years of avoidance, and she works hard to make appointments feel more relaxed, judgment-free, and approachable.
Patients often describe Dr. Molina as easygoing, lighthearted, and down-to-earth. She believes small things matter: taking extra time to explain treatment, checking in throughout appointments, and helping patients settle in before treatment even begins.
Outside the office, Dr. Molina enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, staying active, playing pickleball around Stuart, and competing in local softball leagues. Safe to say, once an athlete, always an athlete.
